At Mud Hole, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the box at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
